Common questions.
Is Grex Social free for players?
Yes. Individual player accounts are free forever. There is no free trial to expire and no per-seat charge to a player.
Do you offer a free trial for Club and Club+?
Yes. Every group gets a one-off 30-day free trial of Club. You have to opt in (it doesn't auto-start), and the trial is one-per-group-ever, so pick the right time to activate it.
What happens if I go over the member cap?
You'll see a warning banner at 80% of your cap and a stronger banner at 100%. Existing members can keep using the group, but new-member approvals are blocked until you upgrade or someone leaves.
Can I switch between monthly and annual, or downgrade?
Yes. Change plan or cadence any time from the subscription page in Stripe Customer Portal. Downgrading to Community preserves all your data, only new writes to gated features are blocked until you upgrade again.
How are payments handled?
All card payments run through Stripe. Groups and teams connect their own bank accounts via Stripe Connect, so revenue from events, memberships, or team fees lands directly with the club (minus transaction/service fees).
Is there a public API or native mobile app?
Not yet. Grex Social is a responsive web app that installs as a PWA (Add to Home Screen). There's no public third-party API today.
